Depressed feelings

I'm not going to pretend that I'm an expert on depression but I do understand what it's like to be sad. I'm sure all of us  have moments in own lives when we're not happy with ourselves. When we just want to rip our hair out and ask ourselves what are we doing with your lives. I have those moments everyday. But what gets me through those hard times are friends. My close friend helps me get through a lot We can tell each other everything and anything. Which I think makes own friendship that much stronger.

To not feel depressed all the time, surround yourself with people that love you and care about you. The people that accept you for who you are and with all your flaws. Depression affects a lot of people so don't think you're alone. You're never alone, there are over a billion people in the world so go find a friend that makes you happy.

Review: Clean & Cleaner Facial Scrub

The Clean & Clear Morning burst facial scrub is pretty good. It smells so fresh and has a fruity smell. Personally for my skin it doesn't really do anything for it. But it does make my skin feel hydrated. Also I just don't like the scrub It feel like sandpaper on my skin. It's a must have if you don't have sensitive skin like me.

Teenage Girl Fantasys

I need to get over my teenage girl fantasy's. No prince charming is going to come and sweep me off my feet. I blame Disney movies, they make little girls think that a prince is going to show up and take them away.  I love Disney movies as much as the next girl but it's a let down. It's just not going to happen. I hope I'm not the only one that is constantly daydreaming of boys. It's sad I know especially when you spent all your time thinking about some boy and then he turns into this jerk. Like out of no where he just acts like he does around his friends. Which is never a good sign if you like someone. It happens to the best of us I guess.

A Look Into Anxiety And OCD

On a serious note I thought I would share with you. Anxiety. I have had it for a very long time. About eight years it's been a battle everyday. I used to have anxiety attacks that were just horrible something they would last a couple minute or all day. I felt like I couldn't breath and like I was having a heart attack. I learned over the years that there are ways to calm down so I don't go all crazy. Deep breathing,walking away and talking about it. It's helped me so much I am a lot better now and I can handle those attacks. 

Of course with my anxiety I have  OCD which stands for Obsessive Compulsion Disorder. It is  an anxiety disorder. OCD is where you have a thought and you must do it like washing your hands because you think something is on them. Even though you know there's not. I'ts been really hard but it's getting a lot better the past years I have had it. I think I have probably had OCD since I was very little because I also felt the need to wash my hands.

If you are going through something like this or something much worse. You're stronger than you think, you can get though anything. But it's going to be a battle the whole way. Don't give up. :)
