Healthy Yummy Smoothie Recipe!



I have been making smoothies a lot lately and I really like them. They make me feel better and more energized. So I thought I would share how to make the smoothie I have been loving.



What You Will Need:

-A Handful of raspberries 
-A handful of blueberries
-Orange juice
-Yogurt
-A Banana



Instructions:  

1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries off and put them in the blender.

2. Peel the banana and drop it in the blender.

3. Pour 1/3 of a cup of orange juice in the blend and take all of the yogurt and put it in the blender.

4. Blend!

 and ta da a yummy smoothie hope you liked the recipe and enjoy the smoothie!
