I have been making smoothies a lot lately and I really like them. They make me feel better and more energized. So I thought I would share how to make the smoothie I have been loving.
What You Will Need:
-A Handful of raspberries
-A handful of blueberries
-Orange juice
-Yogurt
-A Banana
Instructions:
1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries off and put them in the blender.
2. Peel the banana and drop it in the blender.
3. Pour 1/3 of a cup of orange juice in the blend and take all of the yogurt and put it in the blender.
4. Blend!

Smoothies are the best thing in the world! Have you tried the nanacream? It's like ice cream but so much healthier!
